Acceptable Use

vmfabric machines may be used for any lawful purpose. The following activities are prohibited:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email, or operating any mail service without our prior written permission.
- Launching denial-of-service, distributed denial-of-service, or amplification attacks. Operating booter or stresser services.
- Port scanning, vulnerability probing, or brute-forcing systems you do not own or have written authorization to test.
- Hosting botnet command-and-control infrastructure, malware, exploit kits, or phishing sites.
- Spoofing source IP addresses or hardware (MAC) addresses.
- Running cryptocurrency mining software of any kind.
- Operating Tor exit nodes. Tor relays and bridges are permitted.
- Hosting or distributing child sexual abuse material. Any such content will be removed immediately, the associated account will be permanently terminated, and the incident will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Hosting or distributing content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
- Hosting or distributing content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Attacking the hypervisor, host kernel, or other customers' machines, or attempting to escape the virtualization boundary.
On receipt of a credible abuse report, our standard response is to suspend the affected machine and contact the account holder with the details of the report and the steps required to resolve it. Severe cases — including active attacks, fraud, and illegal content — may result in immediate and permanent termination without prior notice.
Repeat offenders will have their accounts permanently terminated. Credits on terminated accounts are forfeited.
