By accessing vmfabric you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

• Credits are prepaid in US dollars, payable in Ethereum, with a minimum top-up of $5. Credits are non-refundable and may not be withdrawn; they may only be applied to service usage.
• Machines are billed per second at the same rate whether running or stopped. Charges accrue until a machine is destroyed.
• Customers are responsible for all activity under their account and for the security of their credentials and SSH keys.
• Outbound email is disabled by default and may be enabled at our discretion.
• When a balance reaches zero, the associated machines are suspended for 72 hours. The account may be restored during this period by topping up; after 72 hours, machines, disks, and snapshots are permanently deleted.
• One account per individual. Duplicate accounts may be terminated together with their machines.
• vmfabric does not provide data backups. Customers are responsible for maintaining independent copies of any data they wish to preserve.
• The service is provided "as is," without warranty of availability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the credits paid in the preceding three months, or €100, whichever is greater.
• Customers are also bound by the acceptable use policy of our upstream infrastructure provider (Hetzner). A breach of that policy is treated as a breach of these Terms.

A breach of these Terms or of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension of the account without prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or other conduct that puts the service, its infrastructure, or other customers at risk.
