Privacy

vmfabric is a privacy-focused provider. We collect only the information required to operate the service.

We store an email address and password hash for authentication, Ethereum deposit addresses and transaction hashes to record payments, basic machine metadata (identifier, plan, image, IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, timestamps) needed to provision and bill the service, the public SSH keys uploaded by the customer, and security and audit logs retained for 30 days.

We do not collect payment cards, bank details, or identity documents. We do not run analytics, tracking cookies, or marketing identifiers. We do not build behavioural profiles or cross-site identifiers, and we do not share personal data with third parties for marketing.

vmfabric operates its own cryptocurrency payment system. Deposits are received directly on-chain and credited to the customer's account. No card numbers, bank details, or payment information are ever handled, stored, or passed to a third-party payment processor.

All production infrastructure is located in the European Union. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet applicable legal obligations.

TLS is enforced on all connections. Database backups are encrypted at rest. Customer data is isolated at the row level.
